SEO: PRODUCT LANDING PAGES

As a copywriter at Harrods, I craft SEO-driven brand bios that distil each brand’s identity and business vision into compelling, concise narratives. This requires in-depth brand research and adapting tone of voice across diverse categories – from luxury powerhouses like Dolce & Gabbana to performance-driven brands like Hoka. Balancing SEO best practices with authentic storytelling, I ensure each bio resonates with its target audience while driving engagement and discoverability.

Below are a few of my favourite pieces.

Zuhair Murad

To love Zuhair Murad is to love the female form, a sentiment woven into the very fabric of the House. Every Zuhair Murad gown is a feat of unparalleled craftsmanship, requiring hundreds of hours of hand-stitching and beading before being perfected in his Paris and Beirut ateliers. And though the eponymous designer hails from Lebanon, Zuhair Murad dresses draw inspiration from women across the globe, blending a rich tapestry of cultures into a singular vision of elegance, grace and passion. Each couture collection – including the Spring 2020 Zuhair Murad Egyptian collection, famed for its tiaras, cascading sequins and towering stilettos – serves a distinct purpose, too. Silk maxi and cocktail dresses embody the divine feminine, while striking red dresses and tailored jumpsuits command attention with power and poise.

LOEWE Bags

Jonathan Anderson didn’t wait around to create the LOEWE Puzzle bag. For his first season at the House, he sought to create a new ‘It’ bag, and given the label hadn’t launched a new silhouette since the 1980s, he knew the next LOEWE bag had to be special: enter the ingeniously foldable LOEWE Puzzle handbag, an homage to the brand’s leathermaking past. Its rectangular profile, presented in large, medium and mini Puzzle bag sizes, is ‘puzzled together’ by hand using 75 separate pieces, taking over nine hours and 500 actions to complete. Celebrating its whimsical geometry, our edit of LOEWE Puzzle totes, cross-body bags and bucket bags includes must-have classics, unique collaborative pieces and coveted colourways.

Color Wow

Since the brand’s inception, Color Wow’s founder and owner, Gail Federici, has dedicated herself to solving even the toughest haircare problems with that gasp-inducing WOW factor. What began with Color Wow shampoos, conditioners and heat protectants is now an empire of innovation and performance. Today, Color Wow products – from iconic sprays like Style on Steroids and Dream Coat to volumising solutions like Raise the Root – are backed by over 90 awards and 40 years of styling experience, providing elite frizz control or visibly thickening finer hair. Meanwhile, soothing formulas like the Color Wow Money Mask provide unmatched colour protection and amped-up silkiness.

HOKA Trainers

HOKA, founded in France in 2009, started out as a two-man enterprise – Nicolas Mermoud and Jean-Luc Diard wanted to create men’s HOKA trainers and women’s HOKA trainers that made running feel like flying. As it rises to the upper echelons of sneaker fame, comfort and innovation remain as important to the designers – who also offer boy’s HOKA trainers and girl’s HOKA trainers – as ever, with each true-to-size fit boasting a cushioned midsole, Active Foot Frame and MetaRocker sole for spring-loaded acceleration. Explore the entire range of men’s running shoes and women’s running shoes here at Harrods, including the shock-absorbing Clifton 9, Bondi 8 and Mach collections, and the modified HOKA Kawana and Speedgoat trail runners.
